A company is looking for a Corporate Associate - ECVC.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients on venture financing transactions, entity formations, and drafting agreements
• Administer stock option plans and manage cap tables
• Prepare federal and blue sky securities filings and assist with mergers and acquisitions

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience working with corporate clients at a top-tier law firm
• Experience with venture financing transactions and general corporate matters
• Knowledge of securities issuances, transfers, and compliance
• Ability to draft asset purchase agreements
• Enthusiasm for skill expansion and thriving in a remote environment
