Corporate Associate Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Associate / Counsel to support its Corporate & Securities Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general corporate representation, including entity formation and corporate governance
• Assist with mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and transaction documentation
• Support venture financing transactions and public company reporting and SEC compliance

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of substantive, hands-on law firm experience in client-facing roles
• Experience in general corporate matters for emerging companies
• Knowledge of business succession planning
• Familiarity with defense tech, AI, and Space tech sectors is a plus
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
