Corporate Associate Counsel

Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic Corporate Associate Counsel, the full-time position will provide broad-based legal support in corporate governance, commercial contracting, and litigation management while working remotely or in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage outside counsel for specialized legal matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS agreements and other technology-related commercial contracts
• Provide legal counsel on corporate governance and advise on data privacy and cybersecurity issues

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active license to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 4-6 years of legal experience focused on corporate, commercial, and technology transactions
• Experience drafting and negotiating SaaS agreements and vendor contracts
• Solid understanding of corporate governance and entity maintenance
• Strong business acumen with the ability to provide practical legal advice in a fast-paced environment
