Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant General Counsel, Corporate.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate NDAs, MSAs, SaaS contracts, vendor agreements, and various corporate agreements
• Oversee corporate governance, including cap table maintenance and entity management
• Participate in M&A and strategic transactions, providing legal guidance throughout the process

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of corporate legal experience in-house at a startup or at a firm, preferably in fintech
• Experience with funding rounds, debt facilities, and major commercial partnerships
• Ability to direct and manage outside counsel effectively
• Experience building legal infrastructure, including processes and systems
• Genuine excitement about the company's mission and vision
