Job Summary

A law firm is seeking a Corporate Attorney for a temporary remote project related to the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA).

Key Responsibilities:

Work on matters related to the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA)
Review and analyze corporate documents and structures
Assist in building a compliance program for the new regulatory scheme

Required Qualifications:

Membership in good standing of at least one US State Bar
2+ years of Corporate law firm and/or private equity experience
Exposure to and knowledge of the Corporate Transparency Act
Experience with governance documents and fund formation
Familiarity with analyzing corporate documents and structures
