Corporate Attorney - Contracts

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Attorney - Contracts to manage, negotiate, and oversee complex commercial agreements across global operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, negotiate, and finalize various commercial agreements, including customer contracts and vendor agreements
• Provide practical legal advice on contract interpretation, compliance obligations, and risk mitigation strategies
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support deal structuring and contracting efficiency

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
• 6+ years of experience as a transactional or corporate attorney, with both law firm and in-house experience preferred
• Extensive experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial and technology contracts
• Strong understanding of technology infrastructure, data center operations, or SaaS business models
• Experience with cross-border contracts or international legal frameworks is a plus
