Job Summary

To support its growing practice, the full-time Corporate Attorney - Emerging Companies will assist with private-company corporate transactions and engage with clients in a remote-first environment, prioritizing work-life balance and flexible schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with private-company corporate transactions, focusing on emerging companies and venture capital
• Manage client relationships and contribute to business development efforts
• Collaborate with a distributed team using advanced technology to ensure seamless operations

Required qualifications

• Graduation from a T20 law school or exceptional performance (Top 5%) at a T50 law school
• At least 1 year of experience working at an AmLaw 200 firm
• Experience in emerging companies and venture capital practice preferred but not required
• Ability to work remotely or from a firm office, with flexibility in hours and schedule
• Willingness to engage in business development and client management activities
