Corporate Attorney - IL Licensed, this full-time remote contract position requires an experienced attorney to support cross-border projects, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, and collaborate with legal and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements
• Support commercial initiatives and general corporate matters across multiple jurisdictions
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on legal analysis and regulatory filings

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor with 7 or more years of experience
• Active member in good standing of a U.S. state or Canadian provincial bar
• Experience in the insurance or regulated industry
• Strong commercial contracting experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
