Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Attorney with AI Experience for a remote contract engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert in corporate transactions and M&A, guiding attorneys on the use of an AI platform
• Become proficient in the AI platform's capabilities and collaborate on its optimization
• Act as a trusted internal resource for substantive and practical questions related to corporate transaction workflows and AI solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate transactional experience, preferably at a mid-to-large size law firm
• Hands-on experience with AI legal platforms such as CoCounsel, Harvey, and/or Prote ge is a plus
• Licensed attorney in good standing in the state of residence
• Outstanding references
