Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Bookkeeper responsible for general accounting and bookkeeping functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Prepare financial statements and ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
  • Reconcile bank accounts and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper, staff accountant, or similar role
  • 3+ years of bookkeeping experience preferred
  • Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with financial data analysis and report generation
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; AA degree or higher in Accounting or Business preferred
