Corporate Business Development VP

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Corporate Business Development Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue M&A, joint ventures, and strategic investments aligned with corporate growth strategy
• Lead all phases of deal execution, including diligence, valuation, negotiations, and integration planning
• Continuously analyze market trends and competitor moves to inform investment strategies

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate development, or management consulting
• Strong track record of successful deal execution within middle-market segments
• Deep understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and transaction structuring
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
• Experience in industrial manufacturing and PE-backed operating environments is preferred
