Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Corporate Business Partner to provide strategic HR guidance to senior leaders and enhance organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership and translate business strategy into HR initiatives
• Drive large-scale change initiatives and improve organizational health and performance
• Lead talent management processes, ensuring effective performance management and compliance with employment laws

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and work experience required
• Minimum of 7 years of human resources experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
• Experience in a union work environment preferred but not required
• Experience managing and developing a team of HR direct reports
