Key Responsibilities

  • Create support cases and monitor call tracking systems
  • Transfer calls to appropriate parties and maintain call statistics
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional customer service or call center experience
  • Ability to acquire stable internet connection meeting specified speed requirements
  • Experience with multi-line phones
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of or experience with relevant products and services is a plus
