Job Summary
A company is looking for a Corporate Card Administrator II.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation and daily operations of the corporate credit card program, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Serve as the primary contact for cardholders and the bank provider, handling card setup, deletions, and fraud inquiries
- Analyze card spending trends, identify fraud risks, and provide training and support to teammates on expense report software
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in a business-related discipline or equivalent relevant work experience
- Three or more years of related experience
- Strong understanding of corporate credit card and purchasing program processes
- Fundamental knowledge of ERP solutions and expense management solutions
- Proficiency in Concur or similar software is required
