Corporate Card Benefits Director

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time salaried Corporate Card Benefits Director will manage and grow the suite of embedded benefits on Corporate Cards, collaborating with various departments and partners to design and implement new benefits while overseeing existing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategic vision for new Corporate Card embedded benefits and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Design new benefits constructs based on customer insights and competitive analysis
• Oversee the implementation of new benefits and manage relationships with key partners

Required qualifications

• Proven leadership experience with a focus on team goal-setting and collaboration
• Previous experience in Card benefits or relevant fields such as user experience design or partnership management
• Strong operational mindset with a willingness to improve multi-platform processes
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and team culture development
