Corporate Card Implementation Manager

Job Summary

Owning the implementation and activation process for corporate card accounts, the full-time remote Corporate Card Implementation Manager will configure programs, train customer teams, and ensure successful spend management within the first 90 days of account activation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage each corporate account from approval through the first 90 days of spending
• Configure virtual card issuance, funding sources, and approval workflows tailored to customer needs
• Train customer teams and drive the initial transactions to ensure program adoption and success

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or customer success within fintech, spend management, or B2B software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to learn the product thoroughly for effective troubleshooting
• Proven project management skills with the ability to execute plans with clear timelines and responsibilities
• Experience leading training sessions for finance and operations teams
• Ability to analyze transaction ledgers to assess program performance
