Job Summary
Leading the deployment and management of a global American Express corporate card program, the full-time Corporate Card Program Administrator will drive adoption, implement controls, and optimize program economics while collaborating cross-functionally with various departments and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the execution of the global corporate card rollout, including onboarding and training
- Oversee day-to-day administration of the corporate card program and manage the AmEx @ Work platform
- Partner with Internal Audit to design and implement program controls, ensuring compliance and monitoring for risks
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in corporate card program administration or operational finance
- Hands-on experience with American Express corporate card programs and the AmEx @ Work platform
- Experience working in Workday
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
