Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Collections Training Program participant.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain foundational knowledge of the collections lifecycle and customer account management
• Participate in supervised collections activities and progressively increase responsibility
• Resolve billing or payment discrepancies and coordinate payment status

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must be an active-duty service member of the U.S. Armed Forces
• Must be within 180 days of separation or retirement from active duty at the start of the internship
• Must receive command approval to participate in the Department of War (DoW) SkillBridge Program
• Must remain on active-duty status and continue to receive military pay and benefits during participation
• Ability to obtain and maintain any required system access
