Corporate & Commercial Counsel Attorney

Job Summary

Supporting a rapidly growing healthcare organization, the part-time In-House Corporate & Commercial Counsel Attorney will provide legal guidance on corporate governance, commercial contracts, and general business matters in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of commercial agreements
• Advise executive leadership on corporate governance and entity management issues
• Support legal review of new business initiatives and operational projects

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in corporate, commercial, and business law
• Significant experience as in-house counsel or in a similar role
• Strong skills in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
• Experience in corporate governance and entity management
• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
