Corporate Communications Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Communications Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the corporate communications function, leading an internal team and external agencies responsible for shaping the company's narrative and telling that story via key moments and company announcements
• Manage the development and execution of communications programs for the Executive Leadership Team and senior leaders
• Lead cross-functional workstreams to tailor the company narrative to specific audiences and develop campaigns that enhance corporate reputation

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in corporate and executive communications, with at least 3+ years of retail-adjacent experience
• 5+ years of experience managing high-performing teams
• Experience working in fast-paced, fluid environments and direct experience in corporate communications
• Confident in managing high-level internal and external stakeholders and working effectively with cross-functional partners
• Excellent people and project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple time-sensitive projects under tight deadlines
