Job Summary

Supporting corporate communications in the US, the full-time Corporate Communications Manager will drive proactive storytelling, media engagement, and manage major company announcements while working in a hybrid environment from Los Angeles or San Francisco.

Key responsibilities

• Drive proactive storytelling and media engagement across North America to highlight Canva's growth and innovation
• Support major company announcements, including product launches and partnerships, through coordinated high-impact campaigns
• Develop and execute thought leadership strategies for US leaders, particularly for the Chief Financial Officer

Required qualifications

• Strong experience in corporate and financial communications within the US market
• Deep understanding of the modern media landscape, including key journalists and commentators
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills across various communication formats
• Experience partnering with senior leaders for media engagements and thought leadership opportunities
• Proven ability to operate in fast-moving environments and manage complex projects from strategy to execution
