Job Summary
Leading the development and execution of communication strategies, the full-time Manager, Corporate Communications will enhance employee engagement and support business transformation while working remotely within the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a corporate communications strategy aligned with business priorities and company culture
- Create annual and quarterly communication plans and messaging roadmaps to support enterprise initiatives
- Manage and optimize key internal communication channels, ensuring consistent messaging across audiences
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, English, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in internal or corporate communications, ideally within a global organization
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills for diverse audiences
- Experience managing an intranet or digital employee communication platform
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
