Job Summary

To improve AI career guidance systems, the freelance Corporate Communications Specialist will evaluate and write expert-level responses to career-related inquiries while working remotely and flexibly on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Review career-related questions and provide high-quality "golden answers" reflecting expert-level guidance
• Create evaluation rubrics to assess the accuracy of AI-generated career advice
• Identify and address inaccuracies in AI-generated recommendations using real-world industry knowledge

Required qualifications

• Professional experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Internal Communications, or Strategic Communications
• Strong understanding of communications career paths and stakeholder management
• Experience mentoring communications professionals is highly valued
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Ability to provide practical and actionable career advice
