Job Summary

To support the evaluation and improvement of AI career guidance systems, the freelance Corporate Communications Specialist will work remotely to review career-related questions, write expert-level answers, and create evaluation rubrics for AI-generated advice, committing 10-40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Review career-related questions submitted by communications professionals at various stages of their careers
• Write high-quality "golden answers" that provide expert-level career guidance
• Create objective evaluation rubrics to assess the quality of AI-generated career advice

Required qualifications

• Professional experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Internal Communications, or Strategic Communications
• Strong understanding of communications career paths and stakeholder management
• Experience mentoring communications professionals is highly valued
• Ability to provide practical and realistic career advice
• No prior AI or tech experience required
