Job Summary
Leading the Corporate Compliance and Privacy Program, the full-time remote Corporate Compliance and Privacy Director will oversee privacy governance, compliance program administration, policy management, and regulatory compliance initiatives while partnering with operational leaders to mitigate compliance risks.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Corporate Compliance Program, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and organizational requirements
- Serve as the designated Privacy Officer, overseeing privacy governance, investigations, and compliance with HIPAA and state privacy laws
- Lead compliance and privacy education programs, ensuring workforce training completion and promoting ongoing compliance engagement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 8-10 years of healthcare compliance or privacy experience, with 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Experience as a Privacy Officer or leading privacy programs preferred
- Knowledge of Medicaid, managed care, and government-funded healthcare programs
- Relevant certifications such as CHPC, CHC, CIPP/US, or CIPP-HC preferred
