Job Summary
Leading the development and execution of the compliance audit and monitoring strategy, the full-time remote Corporate Compliance Director will manage the annual audit plan, assess compliance risks, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the annual compliance audit and monitoring plan, translating risk priorities into actionable strategies
- Identify, assess, and prioritize compliance risks across business functions while overseeing the end-to-end audit lifecycle
- Prepare and deliver audit results and risk insights to senior leadership, identifying opportunities for enhancing internal controls and methodologies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, life sciences, or healthcare
- 15+ years of compliance experience within the life sciences industry, or 13+ years with a Master's Degree, or 10+ years with a PhD
- 10+ years of experience in corporate compliance auditing, monitoring, and/or investigations
- Advanced knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations, including AKS, FCA, HIPAA, and FCPA
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities, including development of risk indicators
