Corporate Compliance Director

Job Summary

To support the transition from clinical to commercial stage, the full-time remote Sr. Director, Corporate Compliance will develop and lead the enterprise compliance program, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy while managing regulatory and ethical risks across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the program manager for enterprise compliance initiatives, coordinating cross-functional workstreams and status reporting
• Develop and execute the compliance program strategy and roadmap, aligning priorities with corporate objectives
• Establish scalable governance, policies, and processes to support sustainable organizational growth and compliance effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare compliance, with a focus on commercial organizations
• Proven success in building or enhancing compliance programs within a clinical-stage to commercial-stage biotechnology organization
• Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance laws and regulations, including FDA and Anti-Kickback Statute
• Exceptional program and project management skills with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
