Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Compliance Officer to lead compliance policy development and manage audits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate URAC and NCQA reaccreditation processes and assist with HITRUST certification
  • Develop and maintain corporate compliance policies and procedures, advising internal stakeholders
  • Implement compliance monitoring functions, conduct audits, and manage compliance-related incidents
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Law, IT)
  • 7+ years of experience in compliance, auditing, or a related field within healthcare or insurance
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with federal and state privacy regulations and data protection laws
  • Preferred: Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCEP, CHC, CISA)
