Job Summary
A company is looking for a Corporate Compliance Officer to lead compliance policy development and manage audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate URAC and NCQA reaccreditation processes and assist with HITRUST certification
- Develop and maintain corporate compliance policies and procedures, advising internal stakeholders
- Implement compliance monitoring functions, conduct audits, and manage compliance-related incidents
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Law, IT)
- 7+ years of experience in compliance, auditing, or a related field within healthcare or insurance
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements
- Familiarity with federal and state privacy regulations and data protection laws
- Preferred: Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCEP, CHC, CISA)
