Corporate Compliance Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Compliance Officer to lead compliance oversight and integration into Enterprise Risk Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead execution of the compliance program and provide guidance to business leaders
• Manage an enterprise-wide policy cleanup initiative and establish policy governance frameworks
• Own the compliance hotline and case management process, ensuring effective issue management and reporting

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or related field required; advanced degree preferred
• 8-12+ years of experience in compliance, enterprise risk, or related fields, preferably in biotech/research or healthcare
• Experience in building and operating compliance program components
• Knowledge of healthcare privacy requirements (e.g., HIPAA/HITECH)
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence across functions
