Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Compliance Officer for the North Central Division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships and provide compliance guidance to divisional leadership and healthcare provider clients
  • Lead compliance diligence and integration for laboratory acquisitions and conduct internal investigations into compliance violations
  • Implement compliance training programs and monitor state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 7-10 years of experience in a healthcare compliance-related role, preferably in the clinical laboratory or diagnostics industry
  • 5 years of experience with implementing effective corporate compliance programs for healthcare organizations
  • Knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and standards relevant to clinical laboratory compliance
  • Ability to work within the geography of the division
