Job Summary
A company is looking for a Corporate Compliance Officer for the North Central Division.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships and provide compliance guidance to divisional leadership and healthcare provider clients
- Lead compliance diligence and integration for laboratory acquisitions and conduct internal investigations into compliance violations
- Implement compliance training programs and monitor state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7-10 years of experience in a healthcare compliance-related role, preferably in the clinical laboratory or diagnostics industry
- 5 years of experience with implementing effective corporate compliance programs for healthcare organizations
- Knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and standards relevant to clinical laboratory compliance
- Ability to work within the geography of the division
