Job Summary
Seeking a remote Corporate Compliance Officer for the Northeast Division, this full-time position will manage compliance guidance, conduct internal investigations, and implement training programs while collaborating with various departments to ensure adherence to healthcare regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Build collaborative relationships and provide compliance support to divisional leadership and operations
- Conduct internal investigations into compliance violations and collaborate on remediation efforts
- Implement compliance training programs and monitor relevant healthcare laws and regulations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of compliance experience, or an Associate's degree with 7+ years, or a High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years of experience
- Experience in compliance guidance for clinical laboratory arrangements
- Proven track record in conducting internal investigations and remediation
- Understanding of healthcare laws and regulations relevant to clinical laboratory compliance
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex tasks
