Corporate Compliance Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a temporary remote Corporate/Compliance Paralegal.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the management and review of corporate policies to ensure compliance with regulations
• Coordinate the transition of documentation between platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Conduct legal research and support discovery processes in civil litigation cases

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a corporate paralegal or in a similar role
• Proficiency in GRC systems such as NAVEX One
• Experience in pharmacy benefit and pharmacy management compliance is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of civil litigation processes and discovery procedures
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance reporting
