Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Compliance Specialist with law firm experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare annual reports, franchise tax return filings, and statutory reports
  • Draft, maintain, and file corporate records including resolutions and board changes
  • Maintain the entity management database and develop templates and procedures
Required Qualifications
  • Four-year degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a professional environment
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive responsibility in managing corporate compliance matters
  • Law firm experience preferred
  • Experience with Delaware and Illinois annual reports and franchise tax preferred
