Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Contracts Associate to manage contract negotiations and provide legal advice within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee contract negotiations for various commercial agreements across the money transfer division
• Draft and negotiate complex financial services agreements and other legal documents
• Develop and recommend company positions on legal issues and manage legal risks

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree with 5 to 7 years of legal experience
• Substantial experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements
• Previous experience in the financial services or technology/digital industry
• Adept at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
