Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise accounting department employees and oversee all accounting functions
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate financial statements
• Implement internal controls, maintain financial policies, and build the department to support IPO requirements

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of solid controller experience
• BS in Accounting
• CPA, CFA, or CMA certification preferred
• Proficiency in ERP systems, especially Netsuite, and experience with consolidations and SEC reporting
• Experience with foreign currency transactions and strategizing for problem-solving
