Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller of Technical Accounting and Reporting - Senior Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage core accounting functions, including technical accounting, financial reporting, finance operations, tax, and treasury
• Drive processes to optimize and automate accounting for efficient close cycles and improved accuracy
• Establish and maintain accounting policies to ensure US GAAP compliance and enhance financial reporting

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of combined accounting experience, preferably as a Corporate Controller in a high-growth environment
• Experience in consumer technology, manufacturing, or consumer product businesses, with SaaS/subscription models preferred
• Proven track record in managing and improving financial processes across finance, controllership, tax, and treasury
• Extensive experience working with external auditors and developing internal control systems
• Hands-on leadership ability to attract and retain a talented finance team
