Corporate Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Controller to lead its accounting function and drive innovation as the organization scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of 2 accounting staff while overseeing all accounting matters including month-end close and financial reporting
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of financial audits and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with various departments to analyze budget variances and enhance internal controls and financial systems

Required Qualifications

• CPA preferred
• 10+ years of accounting experience, particularly in B2B environments
• A bachelor's or master's degree in accounting preferred
• Experience in Public Accounting Firms and managing revenues of $20M or higher
• Advanced working knowledge of GAAP reporting and strong operational accounting experience
