Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Build a scalable accounting infrastructure, including GAAP-compliant policies and monthly close processes
• Lead M&A and integration efforts, ensuring financial integration and data integrity of acquired companies
• Develop and mentor a high-performing accounting team while overseeing overall controllership across the platform

Qualifications & Experience

• 8+ years of combined public and private accounting experience; CPA preferred
• Experience in a highly acquisitive, private equity-backed environment
• Strong GAAP knowledge, including ASC 606, ASC 805, and ASC 842
• Proven track record of ERP implementations, preferably Intacct or NetSuite
• Experience in audits, multi-state tax compliance, and internal controls
