Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end group consolidation process ensuring compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and local regulations
• Develop and implement consolidation policies and procedures to streamline financial processes across jurisdictions
• Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements and manage external auditor coordination during audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• 10+ years of experience in financial reporting and consolidation, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Deep expertise in US GAAP & IFRS and experience with multinational organizations
• Experience with major ERP systems and consolidation tools
