Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Controller to oversee financial operations and contribute to strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and ensure compliance with GAAP
• Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets while managing cash flow
• Collaborate with leadership on financial strategies and support merger and acquisition activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred)
• 8+ years of accounting experience, with 3+ years in leadership roles
• Experience in a SaaS start-up or similar high-growth environment
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Rippling, and Maxio
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and cash flow management
