Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Controller to lead its accounting organization and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high-performing accounting team, setting clear goals and accountability
• Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP
• Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors and manage audit timelines and deliverables

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership of corporate accounting teams
• Healthcare industry experience is required
• Demonstrated experience with value-based care models and healthcare risk arrangements
• Proven ability to set and execute internal audit and internal control strategies
• Experience with modern ERP and financial systems
