Corporate Controller

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Corporate Controller, the full-time hybrid position will manage the entire accounting function, including month-end close, invoicing, payroll, and tax compliance, while guiding the executive team in financial decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and manage a dedicated offshore team
• Ensure timely and accurate billing and collections to maintain healthy cash flow
• Manage annual tax filings, financial audits, and preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with GAAP

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in high-growth public or mid-to-late-stage private SaaS companies
• CPA and Big 4 public accounting experience or equivalent strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; master's degree is a plus
• Experience with SaaS revenue accounting and knowledge of ASC 606
• Proficiency in financial software, particularly NetSuite, and advanced skills in Google Sheets & Excel
