Corporate Controller

Job Summary

To support a growing technology company, the full-time Corporate Controller will oversee month-end deliverables, manage intercompany relationships, and assist in financial reporting integration for acquired companies, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the review and compilation of month-end financial deliverables from portfolio businesses
• Manage intercompany relationships and ensure accurate documentation, entries, and reconciliations
• Act as an escalation point for technical IFRS accounting queries and monitor local external audits

Required qualifications

• Qualified accountant with at least 5 years of experience, including solid audit experience
• Strong technical accounting skills, particularly in acquisition accounting
• Experience in risk management and systems improvement
• Proficient in Excel; knowledge of Portuguese or Spanish is an advantage
• Ability to work flexible hours across time zones as needed
