Corporate Controller
Job Summary
Leading the Corporate Accounting function, the full-time remote Corporate Controller will manage the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, oversee the monthly close process, ensure compliance with GAAP, and collaborate with Finance leadership on budgeting and strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the general ledger and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
- Lead and develop the Corporate Accounting Team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and strengthen internal controls while monitoring cash management and financial reporting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 7-10+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities
- Strong understanding of GAAP and experience in financial reporting and month-end close processes
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and improve financial processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
