Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel for a 6-month assignment on the East Coast.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiating and drafting various commercial, technology, and marketing agreements
• Supporting multiple departments across the organization
• Managing projects related to compliance, policies, privacy, and litigation

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in law firm or in-house
• Experience with negotiating and drafting technology and commercial contracts
• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• Member of the Massachusetts Bar preferred
• Ability to work independently and under multiple time deadlines
