Job Summary

Supporting business negotiation activities, the full-time Senior Corporate Counsel will draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including software licensing and SaaS contracts, while collaborating closely with sales teams and managing legal risks in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including software licenses and cloud service contracts
• Support sales and business teams in negotiating agreements with clients and partners
• Advise stakeholders on contract structure, risk allocation, and negotiation strategies

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant legal experience
• Experience negotiating enterprise software contracts, including licensing and SaaS agreements
• Proven collaboration with sales teams during negotiations with clients and partners
• Strong knowledge of enterprise software licensing models, including subscription and on-premise licenses
• Active member of a relevant bar association
