Corporate Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel to join their Legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as corporate counsel to the company's commercial and advisory teams
• Structure, draft, and negotiate various agreements
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of contract templates, policies, and playbooks

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated related professional experience
• J.D. or equivalent degree and bar license in good standing
• Experience innovating new processes to streamline operations and increase efficiency
• Experience working with multinational corporations and/or clients
• Experience at law firms and in-house at technology platforms or startup-stage companies preferred
