Job Summary
A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
- Research legal matters and develop policies and procedures
- Support employees through training on contracting, risk, and compliance matters
Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited school of law
- Admitted and active member in good standing of a State Bar
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience
- Prior major law firm or in-house counsel experience preferred
- Demonstrated success in contracting, negotiation, drafting, compliance, and general commercial matters
