Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts and advising on contracts and other transactional agreements
• Collaborating with various teams to achieve key business objectives
• Keeping abreast of legal and regulatory developments and facilitating change management

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor and Juris Doctor Degrees
• 4-7 years of experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
• Currently admitted to at least one state bar
• Previous in-house software or payments company experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of the business areas being supported
