Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel

Key Responsibilities:

Review, draft, and negotiate customer contracts, including software license agreements and other revenue-related contracts
Review, draft, and negotiate vendor contracts
Provide legal guidance and support on a wide range of commercial transactions, including partnerships, vendor agreements, and other business contracts

Required Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the relevant state bar association
4+ years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, preferably in the technology or software industry
Strong understanding of contract law, intellectual property law, and other relevant legal areas
Experience with SaaS business models and revenue recognition principles is a plus
Experience working with startups or in fast-paced environments is a plus
